Research Use Only – Waiver and Release Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing or using any products sold by Bloom. By accessing this website, purchasing from Bloom, or interacting with any Bloom services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Waiver and Release Agreement.

1. Research Use Only

All products offered by Bloom are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic purposes, or therapeutic applications. These products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for any clinical or medical use.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that:

Bloom’s products may pose potential safety risks if misused.
Any handling, storage, or application of our products must be performed using appropriate safety equipment, training, and laboratory protocols.
Misuse of any product—including, but not limited to, injection, ingestion, or application on or in any living subject—is expressly prohibited and may pose significant health risks.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, or in customer support communications should be construed as medical advice or guidance. Bloom does not employ licensed medical professionals, and we do not offer treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or health guidance.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

You hereby waive and release Bloom, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to:

The use or misuse of any product purchased from Bloom.
Any adverse outcomes resulting from the improper handling, storage, or application of our products.
Any third-party claims resulting from your use of our products.

You accept full responsibility for ensuring the safe, lawful, and compliant use of all products.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloom and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your:

Violation of this agreement;
Improper use of any product;
Breach of applicable laws or regulations.

6. Regulatory Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

You are aware of and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You will not divert any product for human consumption, resell, or otherwise violate regulations regarding controlled substances or research chemicals.
You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

7. Modification and Termination

Bloom reserves the right to amend, update, or terminate this agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website or purchase of our products constitutes ongoing acceptance of this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Agreement
